I went in knowing exactly which model I wanted. Sales Representative Joe Reid respected my choice and did not try to up-sell. Business was conducted in a respectful, professional manner. We arrived at a deal which was fair. This was my third Silveira GMC purchase over 23 years. Each time, the sales rep was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The oil drain plug was left loose and ,the car was leaking oil. I found a puddle of oil in my garage the morning after being serviced .I phoned the dealer and they agreed to service my other vehicle for free the next time, but this could have been a huge problem if the plug had fallen out!

Not happy being charged $150 to diagnose an upper intermediate steering arm problem that probably took 15 mins, then told no parts available go to Oreilly's.

Once upon a time, especially if my vehicle was there for a Recall, and several days for a part (unrelated)... it would receive a "look over" to make sure everything was good to go, an external Wash/Rinse and topped off the DEF. The "Courtesy" touches inspired me to drive to Healdsburg rather than choose a more convenient dealership. The staff were pleasant and responsive. However, inspiration to drive hours to you (drop off and pick up!) have evaporated.

The purchase was smooth other than the sticker shock of a new vehicle. Both the Salesman and the Finance department were good to work with.

As always, I was recognized and greeted. My current need was immediately addressed and service was scheduled and completed, allowing my travel plans to be uninterrupted.

I was only there for an oil change and tire rotation this time, but, as always, the staff was so friendly and helpful and the service was quick. Making an appointment for this service was also easy and fast. I would recommend Silveira 100%. My last repair job they were so helpful and took the initiative to check on my extended warranty and found that I still had a few days left so they saved me a great deal of money. They are awesome!!

Keith and Bill were great. Keith kept us informed about the build and shipment progress after the order was accepted. Keith was working on another sale, so Bill walked us through all the functions of our new Yukon and explained which settings were turned on and which were turned off. The Yukon was cleaned and detailed on the day of delivery. Ray in finance went through thoroughly all of our warranty and maintenance plan options.

I’ve taken in my car about 4 times for the same issue . They kept telling they they did hear any and that it was normal . Now my trucks has more issues due to that no really checked it good or didn’t care . So I had to take videos and to show them everything it does while driving and all the lose parts it has in the near axel and I had to shake the truck in front of them to show them the really bad loud clocking noise like the truck is braking in order for them to finally believe me . I have there hoping they actually bury to repair issues this time instead of just not wanting to actual check it or do something about it. Feel like I have todo they’re job for them almost tell exactly what it is since I apparently know more then they do. I really hope they could actually try locate the problem and repair it I love truck and I’m just not sure on this location any longer to buy my future cars it’s a brand new truck not even a year and to I was thinking of buy all new fleet truck for my company next year but with the way I’ve been treated there not sure any more .

I had to ask the service writer to look at my information for prepaid services purchased when I bought the vehicle. Why is that not obvious to him while looking/ inputting my service needs/info? The estimated 1 hour service was almost 2 hours

The staff was very nice with excellent customer service. This was for an oil change. The overall experience was ok. Several issues: 1. The service door to the shop is terrible. Sounds like a five year old closing it during a temper tantrum. While may seem petty and not important. My wife jumped every single time for nearly two hours. My wife said we had an appointment at 8:30 am. I don’t know how deep they go for an oil change but we were done at approximately 10:15. When the service person said are you gonna wait, I knew we were doomed. If they had sent an itinerary of what they were gonna do and a breakdown of the time doing it or atleast say it’s gonna be two hours, we could have planned differently. My wife has a mobility issue and I would never have had her sit that long. Not your problem. But you asked for more info on the experience. I have bought two cars there. This is the second or third time I have taken one of them in for service. Every time has been mediocre at best. Starting with the first Acadia. I know I am not a big player in the car buying. Even as good of an experience I have had buying cars there I don’t know if I will in the future. From not diagnosing the transmission problem on the first one to this experience. Cost me 6000 for something under warranty. Hopefully this helps you make improvements and adjustments.

Mark was direct and straight to the point- and knew exactly what the problem was as soon as he heard symptom description of our truck. So far I have had a good experience when being helped and having my truck serviced.

Took my 2024 Canyon in for service, which was fine, I had asked for the backup camera to be looked at, it seemed quite dull, not much light. There was no mention on the invoice about the backup camera, so I don’t know if they even looked at it, or if it was functioning properly. Other than that, everything was good.
